Central Park West Residence

This complete renovation for a Silicon Valley leader, a famed Art Deco penthouse duplex apartment located atop one of two towers in the landmark San Remo Towers on Central Park West originally designed by noted architect, Emory Roth.

The intent was to bring a unique space into harmony with its’ innovative, confirmed modernist owner, creating a unique New York residence. Achieving this goal required the complete gut renovation of the space including the creation of new spaces and fire stairs, as well as selective exterior work involving the terraces, windows, doors and surrounding masonry. A series of enfilade rooms were reorganized into fewer, more open spaces configured to accommodate the owner’s lifestyle and preferences. Emphasis is on open flowing spaces and clean luxurious finishes.
